Manoj Kumar has nearly 25 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance and banking industry at various levels. He has worked as a banker, insurer, reinsurer and reinsurance broker with various organisations in United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and India. He has earlier held executive positions with Doha Bank Assurance Company in Qatar (which he helped set up), Doha Bank (Qatar), Oman Insurance Company (Dubai), Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (Abu Dhabi) and New India Assurance Company (India).
Mr. Kumar holds various professional qualifications including Associate (ACII) from Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from American Insurance Institute, Associate in Reinsurance (USA), Associate in Risk Management (USA), Fellow of Insurance Institute of India and MBA in Marketing from IGNOU, New Delhi. He is a regular speaker in various international conferences on the topics of insurance, reinsurance and Bancassurance in international conference and has published several articles and research papers in international journals. He has also contributed to three books on Bancassurance which are being used as reference books in many universities.

Fetooh Al Zayani is a well-
Fetooh started her reinsurance career in 1981 when she joined the Arab Insurance Group (ARIG) in Bahrain. Prior to leaving ARIG, she was heading the Aviation and Aerospace underwriting division from 1994 to 2002.
In 2003 Fetooh was asked by the Dubai government to join their DIFC founding team members and assist with the creation of the commercial strategy for their Insurance & Reinsurance sector of focus. She was instrumental in enabling the DIFC to win the 'Industry Initiative of the Year' Review award for 2005 and firmly placed the DIFC on the regional and global reinsurance map.
Fetooh was then asked by the Qatar government to join the Qatar Financial Centre Authority in February 2006 as M.D. in charge of developing the commercial & marketing strategy for the insurance & reinsurance sector at the QFC. She was instrumental in leading and executing some of the QFCA's major initiatives.
Fetooh has won the Gulf Insurance Review 2009 'Outstanding Contribution' award for her roles with the QFC, DIFC and regional operators in a career spanning three decades and for being instrumental in attracting business to the region, driving innovation and advocating the Gulf insurance market on the global stage.
She is also the International Insurance Society's Ambassador for Bahrain.
