Adam is responsible for the production and placement of insurance and reinsurance contracts, with a particular focus on the Latin American region. Adam and his team access London and International markets in order to find the best solutions for their clients. Adam is a member of MNK Re’s Executive Committee.

With over 30 years’ experience in the London market, prior to MNK Re Adam has held senior positions across several London market brokers, including most recently Lockton and then Gallagher, where he headed up the Latam Fac Property team.

Adam holds a BA (Hons) in Spanish, French, Russian and Linguistics from University of Essex.

Simon’s specialist areas include difficult and unusual placements involving Pharma Liability and MedMal, Products Recall/Guarantee, Pollution/EIL and Terrorism & Sabotage. Simon is a member of MNK Re’s Executive Committee.

During nearly seven years at the company, he has helped develop all lines of the Facultative Non-Marine account into Lloyd’s and International markets whilst being responsible for the Casualty account. Simon established himself at PWS during the 80’s, before moving to Minet’s in Australia for two years. He also had overseas assignments in USA and, prior to joining MNK Re, he was one of the founding members of the London office of Integro.

Victor is a Director and Head of our Energy team responsible for production, placement and management of Energy, Power and Mining (re)insurance Business. He specialises in development and placement of reinsurance programmes and customised solutions covering offshore and onshore exploration and production, power generation, mining, refining, power generation – conventional and renewables.

Victor has been in the insurance industry for over three decades with a cross-class experience in Insurance and Reinsurance broking, underwriting and risk management. He was an engineering and special risk underwriter in Africa for nearly 20 years before transitioning to (re)insurance broking in London market. He has worked at Alford Page & Gems as energy broker and was a Divisional Director within the Specialty team at RFIB Group London prior to joining MNK Re.

Victor holds a BSc in Business Administration from University of Lagos, and is an alumnus of the University of Hull Business School. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute London (ACII) with chartered title.

Lesley is responsible for MNK Re’s business development in Africa, and works closely with MNK Re’s South African office. In addition, Lesley is the Interim Head of Specie, Fine Art and JB portfolio.

Lesley has worked in the insurance industry for over two decades, and her wealth of cross-class experience has been gained in all areas of the insurance industry, from retail broking, insurer, underwriting managers / managing agent to reinsurance broking and business development.

Robert specializes in providing global Residual Value Insurance (RVI) solutions for asset financing banks, financial institutions, asset owners, and leasing companies for all recognized asset classes including: commercial aircraft, marine, industrial & construction heavy plant machinery & vehicles, ports & terminals and mining equipment, rail rolling stock, specialist medical equipment and commercial real estate.

Robert formerly held positions with Aon Limited and Aon Re Global in London focusing on RVI and contingent asset finance insurance, having originally worked with The Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association Limited from 1990.

Ekaansh is a member of the Financial Lines and Cyber broking team at MNK Re and is accountable for placing business into the London and International market for Financial and Commercial institutions.

Prior to MNK Re London, Ekaansh worked in the Reinsurance department of one of the top 3 insurance companies based in Dubai establishing strong relationships in the MENA region.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Programme and Project Management from University of Warwick and is also a CertCII.

George is a member of MNK Re’s International Facultative Property team and assists with the account management and placement of new and renewal business into the London and International markets on behalf of a variety of Property clients around the world.

Prior to joining MNK Re, George was employed at Lockton Companies and previously had part–time roles/work experience with Dual Ibérica, Dual Corporate Risks, Beazley, and Hiscox.

George holds a BA (Hons) in Spanish and Portuguese from Cardiff University. As part of his studies, he spent 6 months each studying at Universitat de València and Universidade de Lisboa.

Steve is responsible for the claims services team, across most classes of business, ensuring the highest quality of client and market service.

Before joining MNK Re, Steve has been in the Lloyds Claims environment for over 30 years, working for Underwriters, Brokers, and Loss Adjusters. After leaving school with A Levels, Steve started his career at London Guarantee Re where he did his Underwriting training before joining C T Bowring Re in the International claims team, some 4 years later.

Tibu manages the IBA Accounts and Xchanging for Lloyd’s market processing.

Prior to joining MNK Re, Tibu has worked in the capacity of a Research Associate at Antal International and previously had part-time roles/work experience with Dixons Carphone.

Tibu holds an MBA in Project Management from Dublin Business School and B. Tech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from MG University.
